Senior Estimator and President
Michael has over 30 years experience in estimating and site demolition. His responsibilities cover every facet of project management from bidding, reviewing projects specifications, drawings, scheduling, staffing, cost control, and project closeout. Mr. Shryock scrutinizes every project under his supervision to ensure that it is completed on or ahead of schedule, and within budget. Furthermore, he coordinates equipment and materials, and oversees all major field decisions.

William Beckford has over 18 years experience in demolition. Mr. Beckford has worked on $ 35,000 - $ 450,000.00 projects throughout Washington DC and Maryland. Mr. Beckford is experienced in all phases in demolition; including full demolition, selective demolition, interior and exterior, façade, heavy mechanical and phased projects. Mr. Beckford oversees the proper use and handling of all equipment on his projects. He is also responsible for Time Keeping, Daily Sign In / Out Sheets and detailed Progress Reports. Mr. Beckford is experienced in equipment operation should the need arise. Mr. Beckford has worked on projects where Security Clearance has been required
